I spent about $300 on a canvas print that came to me extremely blurry. When I contacted customer service I was offered a $90 credit towards a future purchase. They printed this canvas knowing it would come out blurry and then wouldn’t fix their mistake. The shipping alone was more than $90 for this order and it wouldn’t make sense to take a credit just to order another blurry print. They also told me they would get back to me in 1-2 business days when I reached out and an entire 7 day week went by before I had to reach out again to ask for help.
