I and my daughter have had kitchens from B&Q and fitted by them bit expensive for fitting so will be getting my independent builder in this house but still going for their kitchens as I like the customer service and they will change units if damaged or faulty in the guaranteed time so I would recommend now waiting on my new kitchen with them good price and look fab

Worst of the worst. Avoid this company. Still waiting for them to collect a large item from my house return from 2023. They just email me saying we are investigating why it's not been collected. Really just collect it and refund. They just take people's hard earned money like thief's and run away.

I contacted B&Q customer service who said that they can't help and to go back to the store were I purchased the paint with my complaint and receipt, as I was originally happy with the painted walls I have thrown the receipt away, in doing this customer service are unwilling to help.
