Worst of the worst. Avoid this company. Still waiting for them to collect a large item from my house return from 2023. They just email me saying we are investigating why it's not been collected. Really just collect it and refund. They just take people's hard earned money like thief's and run away.

But you dont get your delivery charge of £6 refunded, even though they cancelled.

We then had refunds worth £900 as the design (pull out cupboard, drawers etc) were not practical meaning they would have never worked in the first place, our dream kitchen slowly becoming unachievable.

Phoned again today, after being on hold for 20 mins, got someone to process the refund, was put on hold and then disconnected.
