“Great Service and Great Price I live on the top floor or an apartment building and they moved all my heavy junk out in less than a half hour. Far exceeded my expectations. Highly Recommended.”

“The guys who removed our junk in Scarborough were efficient and personable. They worked quickly. Due to a traffic jam on the highway (a frequent issue here in Toronto), they were late but kept us informed as to their arrival time. Recommend.”

“I had Just Junk Belleville come into my workplace and provide us a quote for cleaning out our basement. I knew it was going to be a big job. Watson and Taylor from the Belleville office came in and were amazing. They offered a quote, explained everything and even found time that same day to come back and do the job. They were polite, funny and very respectful. As the job was coming to an end, or so we thought, they encountered a surprise with one item. I said they could just leave it and we would figure something out, but Watson said he did not mind finding a way to take care of it for us and if we wanted to removed he would make it happen. Rock Stars!! I could not have asked for this job to be done any better. Watson and Taylor are 2 of the hardest working people you will find. Thank you both so much and great job!!!”

“Came over two hours after I called, gave me a very decent estimate, removed the garbage quietly and quickly, the two guys were friendly, professional and accommodating. As a return customer, I am perpetually in awe of how easy Just Junk makes my life when decluttering time comes.”

“I booked online and the guys came and made an estimate. He said there would be about a 1/2 truck load. Quoted $748.00, much more than I expected after looking at the estimates online. They loaded up the stuff and the load looked more like 1/4 of the truck. By the time they added tax ($97.24) and handed me the credit card machine asking for a tip - I was shamed into giving them a tip and chose the lowest number - 15% and that brought the total to $972.03 -way more than I had expected. Nearly $1,000.00 for what I had thought would be less than half that according to the website.”

“Had a wonderful experience with Ryder and Kostas. They were very efficient and friendly, worked fast and very hard on a very hot and humid day to empty the condo so we can list it. I would highly recommend them and definitely use them again when needed.”

“I was over charged for a small job ! Was quoted $120 and charged over $140 plus tax and a $30 tip that I did not authorise . Whole job took 5 minutes and I was charged over $185 . I wonder whether this is their usual practice or scam ?”

“Received the best call of my life , emptying the home where we lived in for 14 years and seeing that so much stuff to go had a sleepless night before.Came to the left property to be swept clean Josh and were there with truck walked them around and knows that what they were supposed to do without me asking them. What a satisfaction,no worries lived beyond my expectations.Thanks guys love to have you again and again l can't stop to make clutter.”

“Just Junk Calgary website says they will take away sod. Just junk asked for pictures, which were provided. I placed the pile at the front sidewalk as they requested. When they arrived to take away the sod, I was told the owner says they do not do sod. Justin Junk is Just Terrible.”

In Calgary, our teams, as policy, avoid removing dirt and sod due to the city's heavy restrictions on disposing of the material, and this is communicated to customers in our online booking process. However, we do make efforts to help those who may have dirt and will provide an assessment for free. We appreciate that you sent photos through to our team, however, it is important to note that the weight of the dirt is what is most integral to understanding how much we can and cannot take. Unfortunately, in many cases, customers have more dirt than we can provide removal for. Regardless, we have forwarded your comments on to management for further review.
