Only left 1 star as couldn't leave 0.had a wine cooler fridge delivered by yodel .no one was in no neighbours in we all work .the gate to our garden was unlocked with the big number 7 on it .instead he decided to leave it in someone else's garden but wasn't sure which on .he left no card through our door either. So after asking all our neighbours to which it wasn't anywhere .we called the delivery driver only for him to speak very little English and what he could speak was rude .so a 150 wine cooler fridge has gone to apparently a random garden somewhere.

I have been waiting for a consignment in which Yodel collected on the 12th.April 2024 and it still has not been delivered. This service is disgraceful. My second consignment which should have been delivered on the 20th. April 2024 and guess what! still has not been delivered. I now have to go back to the senders and request a duplicate order to be sent by another carrier. Cheap is not always the way to go, you end up with lies and deceit and after all of that, still no delivery. Senders should check into the viability of the Company before using them.

Poor customer service, poor communication, poor attitude. Held my urgent parcel at the depot for days. They had no proper explanation for this and tried to blame the company i brought my items from

if I had known the item I bought was being delivered by Yodel I wouldn't have bought it. Out for delivery (eventually). App said they were 11 stops away, then a message straight away saying they couldn't find my address and they wanted more information. Couldn't speak to a human on phone, so used the chat. Was told that they use W3W so can add that and my phone number so they could contact me. My account already has W3W and my phone on it. Clearly don't bother using it (or as I suspect they just can't be arsed) It is still showing as out for delivery and never back in to the depot, so who knows where it is!

The worst courier company in the UK, I paid extra money to receive it on Saturday, I didn't receive it, I filed a complaint in the store, they cancel the order, the company scraps

Your tracking app or page states that my parcel is out for delivery, so I wait and wait. Then the page says that a delivery attempt was made and yet there is no card, no details or information as your website clearly states, a failed delivery card will be put through the letterbox. Lies! Your driver simply couldn't be bothered or just thought they could skip a few deliveries, obviously running behind schedule. An absolute farce and disgrace. Then your page says that the parcel is back at the depot? Despite the fact that the depot closes nearly five hours before the alleged delivery attempt. What an absolute shower! I am definitely avoiding this couriers services wherever I possibly can. There are third world nations with a better courier service than this.

Things left in the street outside my flat, not accepting my POSTCODE!!! It is my postcode to prime, DHL, UPS even evri (wow!) on tracking system...No way of speaking to a human! Delivery attempt made when it was definitely not...etc,etc!

I never ever use this company to send parcels because I waste enough time waiting to receive parcels from this company Tracking is false shows out for delivery and doesn't even get delivered that day now its 3rd day showing out for delivery I don't know how rich your gonna get by saving 10-20p per parcel and making the customer wait 5-6 days for delivery I can get stuff from China quicker than that

It’s defo going to be delivered Thursday, no, I mean Friday… actually it’s a bit sunny so I’ll see you early next week. Same old yodel. As ever, this review isn’t for yodel - they will always be hopeless. This is directed to those who choose them as their courier.

Tracked my parcel on the app. It was sent out on 3 separate occasions. IT HAS NOW BEEN RETURNED TO SELLER. In every case the driver just marked the job as failed delivery, when in actual fact I was in at all the times he stated. I even tracked him drive past the end of my street and then mark it as failed delivery 4 hours later and 3 miles away. ABSOLUTE FARCE. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Before I purchase anything on line again I will check who the seller uses and if its these bozoes, I will purchase elsewhere

Absolutely terrible experience, sat at home all day because they didn't give a delivery window, finally at 12:47pm I received an email giving a 2-hour window starting at 12:51pm. What is the point of giving a window with only 4 minutes notice? I still have to wait home all day waiting for them. Then, at 12:56pm they said "sorry we missed you" with no attempt at delivery. I contacted customer service live chat who said I had absolutely no options to receive the package today and would have to wait a full 24 hours before they would bother trying anything. Then in the middle of typing a response they disconnected the chat. For what it's worth, on the same day I received a package from UPS, who knocked on my door and handed me the package with no issues, so it is not a case of hard to find door or address. Giving less than 10 minutes between providing a "delivery window" and saying delivery failed makes the "delivery window" useless. In addition to being at home at the time and not hearing or seeing any attempt at delivery, the customer service representative claimed the driver left a calling card. I checked everywhere around my door, mailbox, street outside, and there was no card anywhere, further proof that no delivery attempt was made. Overall, very frustrating experience, I will never use Yodel again.

Yodel have had my parcel for 6 days now and still haven’t received it. It was supposed to arrive last Friday. It was out for delivery but never arrived. When I enquired I was sent a photo of where the driver attempted delivery. I didn’t recognise the doorway but it certainly wasn’t mine. I used their app to change the delivery to one of their drop offs and was assured it would be delivered today. Still waiting. I see many people have had similar issues with this company. You can’t get to speak to anyone. I don’t know who runs this company but whoever they are they’re taking money under false pretence.

Terrible delivery service, waited 5 days for parcel to be delivered from Leeds,was loaded into van multiple times but wasn't delivered! I contacted yodel app help chat and was told they attempted to deliver but I can honestly say they didn't as I was in all day and received No card through door! Don't know how they can call them self's a delivery service !!🤷🏻

Beware ! They make fake deliveries. The parcel will never turn up . They took a picture of my front door but did not ring the door bell while I was inside. 3 times this happened I had to request a refund from vendor .

My recent encounter with Yodel has left me utterly dismayed. Despite entrusting them with the delivery of a parcel, it arrived in a compromised state, with items missing. What truly astounds me is Yodel's response to my valid concerns. Instead of addressing the issue with sincerity and professionalism, they chose to reply in a mocking manner. This level of disrespect towards their customers is absolutely appalling. Yodel's cavalier attitude towards their responsibilities reflects a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and basic decency. It's evident that they prioritize mockery over genuine service. I strongly caution anyone considering Yodel's services to think twice. Trusting your parcels with a company that treats its customers with such disdain is simply not worth the risk. Eduard

I have used yodel in alot of my transactions because I do vinted, to my surprise the customer sent a message to say the parcel was left on her doorstep ripped right down the middle of the package. So wasn't very pleased.

I live in Bude Cornwall, and when I tracked my order I found it had been sent to a depot in Truro which is 62 miles south from here. So, I then expected it to be sent back up in my direction, only to find it had been directed to Newton Abbot which is further away and in the opposite direction in Devon. It's five days now and I am still waiting! My verdict therefore is that 'Yodel' only offers a snails-pace delivery because mail is being sent all round the houses before they arrive at their final destination! I am going to recommend to my supplier that they seriously consider using another courier, otherwise they will only incur bad feedback!

Absolutely dreadful company to deal with. Parcel was ment to be delivered by 3rd April....got an email on the 8th stating that they attempted to deliver...with no card left I contacted their awful webchat who then arranged for delivery next day which no delivery was made...contacted them again for to be told that the parcel is missing and asked what was in the parcel!!!....had to contact the seller via ebay and asked for refund....AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Awful company avoid like the plague. The have had my parcel since March. The said the attempted a deliver on the 29th and 3Oth March. They then said I said to collect from the depot which was a lie.Arranged delivery for the 11.4.24 no one showed up. My parcel was a birthday gift that did not arrive and goodness knows where my parcel is. I will not use this company again just awful. Oh you are not able to communicate with a human which is even worse.
