I ordered three silver trollbead charms on the 26th July. The website showed them in stock. I received one of the said charms with a note saying the others weren't in stock and would follow. Eventually the second of the three arrived but with no notification of the third. I have emailed three times and have still not had a response re my last charm.
We are now the 16th August and the website shows the item I ordered in stock.
I have never had this problem with any other trollbead stockists and certainly won't be ordering from here again.
