I ordered some items on 24MX.com that I received after 3 weeks. So far, I'm not complaining. A few of these items I returned by following the exact Return Policy as seen on 24MX.com, to an address in Poland.
Now it's been 2 months that my parcel is at Customs in Poland.
After 30 emails with 24MX customer service, they never claim the parcel from Customs, and still saying that my local Post Office should deal with Customs in Poland.
Save yourself money and big headache, don't use 24MX. Awful experience..
