I pre booked 3 taxi's for Sat 26th Nov a return journey, paid upfront £90 for all taxi's. Taxi's going was fab can't fault then turned up in time, the return journey was for 11.30, one turned up and the other 2 at 12.30 still hadn't arrived to be told when I phoned many times that it doesn't matter that I pre paid they can't guarantee them for the time asked. We stood for over an hour with 3 kids in the cold. In the end we got a lift home with someone and this disgusting company will not refund us for the taxi's that didn't turn up. Would never recommend them to anyone.
