Turned up over 15 minutes late, no chance of getting to station in traffic.
Called and excusevwas, it was my fault for not booking at 8.15!!!
If you cant plan, don't take the booking.
Can also do without the arrogant woman on the phone.
No apology no nothing just my fault!!
