Having used you previous a number of years ago and having remembered how good you were, unfortunately on this occasions we were very disappointed. There was a problem with the office WC cistern not flushing, which it took your chap some time to find ~ (apparently the plastic forming the suction for the water to be pulled through?), and then some time to fix, with ominous hammering sounds coming from the WC. The WC compartment was left in soiled condition with bits of cement on the floor and water appear to have dripped from the pipe coming from the cistern in the pan, which had not been wiped up and the basin was quite dirty. The other 'problem' was a curtain rail in one of the flats which needed to be re-fixed and he just said it was broken and needed a new one. The part that went into the wall was loose, and has since been re-fixed by others, as it did not need a new rail at all.
