My Zanussi washing machine broke down mid cycle on its first run! Having paid £850 for washing m/c. + fitting into my new kitchen I was less than happy. Neil was punctual,& straight away diagnosed problem. Waste pipe was still blanked off ..... Installer hadn't cut pipe to let water flow. Glad it was so easy to sort!
