I have had so many leaks coming through my ceiling from the radiators upstairs. Several times cut off after being on hold for over 30 minutes . Customer service were downright rude and couldn’t care less attitude . Gone most of the past month with no heating if it wasn’t for the energy company intervening they would have carried on ignoring me. But the worst was being shouted at really aggressively on the phone to the point I didn’t want him to attend my property. They really got me down constant fighting for things to be put right, rude customer services when they pick up the phone . Being so cold for weeks. Using little heaters provided by my housing association. They got me to the point where I simply didn’t know what to do. Disgusting behaviour on the phone and bullying tactics. It’s an experience I hope I never go through again. Avoid at all costs.
