Customer service goes above and beyond. When I placed my order, I had designed the sign myself and did not notice that my logo was not of a quality that would come out clear when printed on a large scale. The customer service team at 1-800-THE-SIGN called me and informed me of the issue and had me email them a different format logo and they inserted it for me. The sign and frame were delivered earlier than expected and exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to purchase signs from 1-800-THE-SIGN again and will recommend them to everyone I know that is shopping for a sign.
