To be 100% honest I was ready to put in a 1 star review and never use 123 flowers again, when my order was not delivered on time. BUT when I complained (by email), Violet replied to me by return. I explained my order had not been delivered and from that point on Violet took control and kept me updated by email. The emails were so friendly and helpful. Never once did I feel like I was a nuisance (as so many times happen). It was more like emails with a friend than someone dealing with a complaint. It was so refreshing to feel this. In the end my complaint was resolved and a replacement bouquet was delivered in the stated time. I will definitely be using 123 flowers again. I will also have no hesitation in recommending them to my family and friends. Once again many thanks to Violet. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 😁
