Tried to upgrade to dedicated Microsoft 365 for Email hosting moving from 123-reg webmail. They told me it was be seamless. I expressed concern that I would lose email access to my customers for an extended period of time.
As soon as I agreed to proceed, they switched off my old email, did not disconnect my url from 123-reg webmail so I can't connect it myself to Microsoft, and they stopped all communication with me. They were supposed to set it up on Microsoft. They did charge me for Microsoft Email.
They have not switched over my email. They have not turned off the old connection. They have deleted my email accounts though.
So basically I can't fix it myself, and they won't reply to me anymore, and when I call they tell me to keep staring minute after minute at the Ticket system and it may update, but they refused to tell me when.
I don't know why they won't update me with what is happening. I don't know how to get my email working again as they locked it to the wrong system and won't change it or tell me what is wrong.
I have been with them for over 5 years, hugely disappointed. They have crippled my business.
