Absolutely supreb from start to finish. Everyting from initial discussion to survey and installation went extremely smoothly indeed, all was done exactly as promised and on-time. Staff I dealt with, John and Pamela, were incredibly helpful and friendly. Above all, there was never any pressure or hard-sell. The installation was carried out utterly perfectly and very professionally by friendly and very competent installer, Alasdair. Not a trace of any mess was made and all was left completely tidy. I am absolutely delighted and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending 123v to anyone. Thank you all so much.
