Awful, horrible, fake, and fraud.
Ordered a pair of shoes via an "Australian" website. Got a confirmation email after the transaction from a Chinese-based organisation I had never heard of. Shortly thereafter, the comms around tracking were handled by 17Track.
The comms over the course of the next month told a lovely tale - the order progressed from Wenzhou to Shanghai to Australian customs to Australia Post to....... "Delivered". Alas, after 6 weeks of waiting, no delivery has arrived. I have reached out for assistance and to check the delivery details. Nothing. No response.
I note on other reviews, 17Track have made a point of telling people to reach out to the retailer about the status of their deliveries. However, from the time the "retailer" transfers ownership to the "carrier" it is the carriers responsibility's to ensure safe transit of the items. If the carrier never received the items from the retailer, the carrier shouldn't be commenting on the status of the delivery.
Anyway. Fell for the scam. No one to blame but myself. If you order something online and you see 17Track as the carrier, call your bank and try to get refunded ASAP.
