My experience was excellent! I received same day service. The technician (Ivan) contacted me in advance, arrived just ahead of the scheduled time, worked quickly and safely, and was extremely courteous.
There was only one negative part of my experience. To confirm that my requested appointment time would work, I initiated a call and a chat request. I gave up on both after ~30 minutes.
