I ordered the battery online at 10:30 am, thinking it would be shipped to me via UPS or FedEx and not reach me for 3 to 5 days. At 1:15 pm that afternoon, the courier texted me that he was waiting at the front gate. He and his assistant pulled up to my garage, unloaded the battery, changed out the old battery for the new, tested it, and were away in 20 minutes. They were very personable and professional. I have already recommended 1-800-Battery to a family member concerned about their battery. This is a terrific service, and a real value.
