This was the first time that I have used the service and I could not be happier with everything. From the ease of getting a technician to come out to the length of time it took from start to finish, it was great. The convenience of having someone come to you is incredible. I did not have my car towed to a dealer/auto repair shop , wait for it to be fixed, and than go and pick it up. Eric, the local technician that completed the work, was great to deal with. He was very prompt and communicated along the way so I wasn't left wondering what was going on at any point. I have already told several people about this service offered by 1-800-Battery and will continue doing so. I will definitely be using this service in the future.
