I recently had a battery installed by our local Battery.com vendor. We live in a senior apartment facility and did not want to go to a large shop due to the Covid issues. I was very pleased with the service provided. Installer contacted me to arrange payment, and provided me with their delivery timing (in minutes). They arrived when they said, installed battery, made sure I was satisfied, and left in about 30 minutes. Very satisfied with the service!
