The service was everything I expected and hoped it would be. Their up-to-the-minute updates on when my order would be fulfilled, by whom, and when they would arrive was amazing. The last thing you want is to be waiting around for a service technician not knowing when they will be there. My order was also picked up quickly, and the technician was out there and completed my battery installation in a very timely manner. The tech also explained to me elements of my battery need based on my vehicle that was helpful for the future. I cannot overstate the value of this service, the price difference in having to go pick up and install a new battery yourself is very worth it.
