Jake went above and beyond! I had a dead battery, and I had to be somewhere in a few hours. Jake checked in with the technician, called me directly, and I had a new battery ready to go in a few hours and I could hit the road. Carlos, the technician, was incredibly courteous, competent, and QUICK! I did have some problems with the website at first, but the customer service fully made up for any frustrations I had online. Highly recommend!!
