The Service was great. I order over the phone, the representative was well informed in the options of different batteries available for My 2016 Cadillac SRX
He reassured me of my concern: Changing the battery should follow a procedure of maintaining the information in the computer, so the car should be under some some alternate power.
The service Technician was at my place within 2 hours, with Uber like updates in his progress. He connected the Car to a power source , and the battery was changed under 10 Min!!
