Technician arrived 2-hrs from my call. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He had the ability to change my GMC 48 battery and quickly resolve the problem. One area of concern is that my quotation never mentioned anything about a mileage charge yet I was charged for 13mi from Lauderdale to Boca. $1.00 /per mile. This should be explained in the proposal.
