I’m very impressed with 1800battery. Chris was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I had set up an appointment on line but I wasn’t sure if it went through so I called. Chris was so patient. He told me that the appointment I booked wasn’t available but he set me up for the next morning. Then, he called back to tell me there would be a delay. Other companies would just let that go. I really appreciated that he wanted to let me know. The price for a new battery installed was really good. Plus the convenience of having the work done in my driveway. Finally, I can’t say enough good things about Jonathan, who did the work. He is very polite and respectful. He took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing. He did an excellent job. He even took the time to give me some tips on how I can keep my car for a long time. I made the right move calling 1800battery.
