I was very pleased with the service. My car battery was completely dead and needed to be replaced. I looked at various options, including being towed to auto service centers. Not only were the quotes for towing outrageous but so were the prices for batteries. I decided that there had to be an alternative and started searching online which is where I found 1-800 Battery.com. Not only were the battery prices reasonable, but they also promised to have an installer at my place in 3 1/2 hours. They were wrong on the timing - he showed up 2 1/2 hours. The installer was courteous and professionally installed the new battery. Hopefully, I will never have to deal with a problem like this again. But, if I do, I am going to contact 1-800 Battery.com.
