I needed a battery brought to me to revive a beloved car that had sat idle for 2 years as its current battery was completely dead and would not hold a charge no matter how much time I had it one my charger. The 1-800-Battery website was easy to navigate and let me search for the very specific and hard to find battery for my 30 year old European car. Remarkably, even though it was already the afternoon, I Was able to schedule my appointment the same day. They let me pick a time, but also cautioned that given extenuating circumstances it could be later than scheduled. It did turn out that it was later than originally scheduled, but I reached out to 1-800-battery and they quickly gave me a new time frame, and the installer texted me when he was heading my way. Eddie was professional and knowledgeabl- and even though my car had an unusual structure to be able to remove the battery , he quickly found the "key" to getting it out and quickly got the new one in. Once it was in, I turned the key and it fired right up. I am very happy with the service and very relieved I have the car in working order again. Also before he left he let me know that 1-800-battery stood behind their batteries and if for some reason this one stopped delivering power, just call and he would bring out a new one to replace it. This made me feel even better about my purchase. Also the price of the battery was very competitive as it was the same price as when I replaced the battery in this car 10 years ago. I was very happy with all aspects of this transaction, and would definitely use them again, or recommend them to my friends and family who might find themselves in need of a replacement battery,
