The estimated response time was about 3 hours and it ended up being twice that. The guy who came out did not do diagnostics on the current battery, just put the new battery in, and when I said per the Utube video provided by the company he was supposed to run diagnostics first and then if the battery is fine and it just needs a jump, I’ll be charged for just a jump. When I made the guy put the old battery back in and test it, the battery was fine. He told me repeatedly he doesn’t get paid anything if he doesn’t replace the battery and that his work order just said to change the battery (not run diagnostics). The guy was nice and helpful but it was an awkward situation and was definitely not what the Utube video says to expect from the process.
