I had been having a difficult time getting service to replace my battery through different online services. I found 1-800Battery easy to work with. They got me scheduled and offered the next day and also set it up so that if services could be provided earlier they would let me know. The technician did come a day earlier than scheduled (same day) and worked diligently through a tough replacement. Timothy Pettigrew was great! He was patient, pleasant and completed the replacement professionally. Thanks for the prompt and quality service!
