I found 1-800Battery easy to work with. I went online and scheduled next day service. Shortly thereafter, I received an email confirmation. The process was simple and straightforward. The technician - Eddie Davis - arrived earlier than scheduled and worked quickly and professionally to replace my battery. Eddie was great! He was patient, pleasant and completed the replacement conscientiously.
