Appointment was at 4.00 pm.
Tech showed up at 7.45pm
She was very proper and did a great job.
My issue was that I called at 4.30 for an ETA and was told 5.30pm
Called again at 6.00 and was told 7.30pm
She actually showed up as I was calling to cancel.
Nobody called to say they were running late. I would assume that a courtesy call is not too much to ask.
Never again will I use 1-800batteries.
