Someone showed up almost on the date to when the quoted time was when I placed the order - and they called ahead by about 40 minutes. Very impressive! Once he got there he quickly swapped my dead battery for a new one and I was good to go. I live in a semi-rural area and my neighbors were all at work, so I was pretty much stuck without 1-800-Battery and would have missed a lot more work if it weren't for this service. It's something you hope you never need but are really glad it's there when you do.
