I was very pleased with the service. I think I waited on hold longer than it took for the gentlemen to come out to service my car. The call center told me 2-3 hours and I got a call back within 15 minutes saying he was on his way in 45 minutes. He was a very nice person that took care of it within 15 minutes. I cannot say enough how happy I was with the service.
