1 out of 5 stars. I ordered my car battery on a Monday morning, I was suppose to receive it within 4 hours. Needless to say, I didn’t receive it until Tuesday night, yes Tuesday night. Worst part was, I never received an update until I called Monday afternoon. Here comes the fun part, the person at customer service was no better. Clearly didn’t care that I had wasted my day waiting all for this person to never show up that Monday. All I got told was that someone would call me and show up before noon. Tuesday 1pm comes and I have not received a call nor an update. I call and guess what, they’re running late so they’ll be there around 4-5pm. It 6pm, I call again, they’re still running late so around 8pm. I almost gave up when I received a call at 9:15pm. The mechanic was swift and friendly, but that was the only good experience about all this. Everything else I would rate it 0 out of 5 stars.
