Holy helpful! I finally gave up trying to replace my battery after finding out I purchased the wrong size. It is 103° outside, half of my tools are missing and everything just kept going wrong. Chatted with 1-800-Battery and within 2 hours a tech was here with the proper battery and real tools. Absolutely excellent experience, I'm very pleased with everything!
