The original purchase was scheduled for delivery between 6:00-8:00 pm on day one. At 7:50 I contacted the service desk and was told that the delivery was pushed to the next day (from 9:00-11:00). OK not happy but let go. The next day at 10:30 contacted the service desk - when was delivery. The response was that tech was behind and would be delivering at 12:30. He did show up and did a great job.
Unless I followed up, I did not receive communication. You need to improve communication with customers.
