This is a great service here in Indy. I got my battery replaced without having to pay for a jump start or a tow. The price was right in line with what I paid to a garage for a replacement battery in my wife's car two years ago. The technician knew what he was doing. My only complaint was with communication from 1800battery.com. Soon after I placed my order, the status only said "awaiting pickup" and sat like that for close to three hours. Worried I wasn't going to get a new battery before the end of the work day, I finally called and they told me the technician was Eric and should be contacting me shortly. Sure enough, I got a call within 10 minutes and he was there in 10 minutes. He was in and out in around 30 minutes.
