If I could give 1-800-Battery six stars, I would. The company did everything possible to replace my drained-out car battery with the least amount of hassle. The person on the chat line answered all of my questions before I placed my order for a mechanic to come to my home and replace the battery with a new one two hours from the time of my call on a Saturday. I was given a link to be able to follow the mechanic, Ron Real, traveling to my home. He arrived on time and changed the battery quickly and efficiently. The service was not cheap, but it was worth every penny.
