They are ignoring me …Their tech did not test my existing battery and installed the new one which was not the issue with my car , so new battery did not start my car at all. Have to tow my car now to get the right diagnostics for it. 280.50 cents for nothing. Called my CCcompany and BBB.tech did not know what he was doing…
