I called on 10/23/2023 stating I needed a new battery installed at my home. I was pleasantly surprised that I was promised an installation at 5:45 PM that day and that a technician would call as he got close. I waited until 8:30 PM and had no visit or call by the technician. I called again on 10/24 and was promised the installation would take place at 5:45 PM. Isac arrived on time, installed the battery and then checked all the vehicle functions after the battery was installed. Great job done. Thank you so much. My original request was after a 2.5 week nightmare with AAA. They are done after 63 years.
