5 out of 5! Called in the AM, phone rep was super helpful, answered all of my questions and set up a service visit. Borys showed up at our home within less than 2 hours with a new battery! It was not an easy install (2000 Merceded ML320), but he stuck with it, and did a great job. I highly recommend 1800Battery!
