The technician, Eric, showed up on time and was very nice. He was obviously knowledgable about more than just batteries, but cars in general. There were some things he had to work around to fix, like a stripped bolt, loose wiring, etc. but did so with a great level of knowledge and ingenuity to make everything fit and work properly. In the end, the car started the first time and the stats on the battery and alternator were right on. I was very impressed and enjoyed talking with Eric the whole time while he explained things to me so I could understand it a little better myself. Great job Eric! Thank you!
