My order at 759AM was given an ASAP dsignation. Three emails from you befoe 1030AM changed the order status without real explanation. In a phone call from me at approximately 11AM your representative checked the status and told me the technician would contact me within an hour. At 2PM I called again and was told the technician would contact me soon. At approximately 3PM the technician did call and said he would be there in 45 minutes to an hour. At approximately 5PM I called yet again and your representative put me on hold and came back to tell me there were "traffic problems" and the technician would call me soon with an update about his arrival. No such such came. At approximately 630PM he did arrive.
That is some ASAP service.
