My 2018 Cadillac's battery died in my garage at 7:00PM on Saturday 8/31/24. I discovered 1800battery.com on Google search and placed my battery replacement order with them at 7:48PM. On Sunday 9/1/24 at 9:06AM (Labor Day Weekend) I received an email stating that my order status had been changed to Driver Assigned/Pickup! Their technician, Jeff Walker, arrived at 12:06PM and proceeded to remove my dead battery and install my new AC Delco battery which was an identical replacement! Jeff did a great job completing the replacement at 12:50PM and checking my alternator which was correctly charging the new battery that already had been delivered fully charged! My order was completed in only 17 hours from the time it was placed and the battery was delivered and installed!
