The technician who came to my home to install the new battery was wonderful; they were professional, laid back, and got right to it. They had the battery installed in under 10 minutes. He did a wonderful job and made sure everything was working before leaving. The shopping and checkout process was simple and knowing that a technician would be out the same day is why I chose 1-800-Battery. And the cost of the battery and installation wasn’t anymore or much more than if I had it done at a shop or done it myself. If I ever need service like this again I’ll definitely be coming back. Let’s just hope I don’t need it! But if I do, I know which vendor I’m going with. Please, don’t change for the worse! Get better and do whatever you can to make sure the techs and other employees are taken care of.
