I was on a trip to Alexandria VA (400 miles from home) and my battery died at 5:00pm on Friday. After an hour of searching and trying to decide what to do, I found 1-800-Battery.They gave me choices and I picked one and was able to make an appointment for them to come to me and install the battery on Saturday between 8-11:00 am. The communication was great,he's showed up , was very professional and did a great job. I paid a lot for the whole thing but there is no way I could have done it myself. So glad I called them.
