The 1-800-Battery.com tech arrived on a cold day and got right to work. Very efficient and knowledgeable, and too, the trouble to start the car several times to make sure that all was well. The battery was so dead that I had been reluctant to jump start the car and then drive to get the battery replaced. Having the battery replaced on site was a welcome alternative. Would certainly use this service again.
