My scheduled delivery was 10-12noon. The service tech arrived at 12:04! The guy was very nice and indicated that he came from Indiana. I could have ran errands in stead of waiting two hours looking at the window. It would be nice if you could have your staff call the client when they are approximately 20-30 minutes away so the clients can be more productive with their time! Thank you!
