On Sunday I schedule an ASAP appointment. It was booked for Monday at 8:38 am, however they came at 11:30 so i had to take the whole day off from work waiting for them to come. Not easy way to communicate with them about the status of my order and their website wasn't working properly to check in there. The guy who changed the battery (Paul) was very nice, fast and helpful. Overall good service
